My name is Marco Balhuizen. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs and having worked as a lawyer in business practice for over 25 years, I’m at home in business.

I’m specialized in negotiating on and establishing commercial agreements in various national and international trade contracts. These can be production or purchase contracts, but also sales or distribution contracts and other collaboration contracts. I mainly work for medium-sized to large companies, with a special focus on companies in the agrifood industry.

I also advise and litigate on food legislation. I do this for companies in the food sector.

My clients appreciate my pragmatic and result-orientated approach, with an eye for the context in which they operate. I’m personally committed to my clients and have a long-term relationship based on trust with basically all of them. This way I can help them move forward, which gives me energy.
