My name is Rutger Ketting. I’m at home in ICT law and privacy law. I work, in close cooperation with my colleagues, in the field of health law – mainly for healthcare institutions, in cure and care. I also regularly serve companies, (local) government, educational institutions and ICT suppliers.

I mainly advise and litigate with regard to privacy and the GDPR, ICT contracts, web shop regulations, (medical) app regulations and automation disputes.

My mission is to prevent automation projects failing. Preferably by means of shared thinking, with client, in advance – and then recording clear agreements. When a project does crash, I try to get it back on track. Litigation is in many cases not a good solution, but is sometimes inevitable.
